Baby Black & Whites is made by Lapis Stone LLC. This page explains how the app handles your information. The short version is that the app does not collect anything about you.
Nothing. The app does not gather your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any usage or analytics data. It does not assign you an identifier or track what you do.
The choices you make in the app, such as the color mode, which image categories are turned on, the timer length, and the other toggles, are saved on your device using the standard iOS settings storage. This information stays on your phone or tablet. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes it.
The app works fully offline. It does not connect to the internet, so nothing is uploaded or downloaded while you use it. There are no accounts to create and nothing to sign in to.
There is no advertising in the app. There are no analytics services and no third-party code that would track you or share your information.
The app is meant to be shown to babies and young children. Because it collects no information at all, it does not knowingly gather data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the date near the top of this page will be updated to reflect that.
