Moonstone Horse Farm is a game you play on your own device. We built it so you never have to hand over your personal information to enjoy it. This document explains, in plain language, exactly how the game handles information.
The short version
- The game is played entirely on your device.
- We do not collect your personal information.
- There are no ads and no third-party tracking.
- Your progress is saved locally, on your device.
- Purchases are handled securely by your app store.
Who we are
Moonstone Horse Farm is made and published by Lapis Stone LLC. When this policy says "the game" or "the App," it means Moonstone Horse Farm. If anything here is unclear, you can always reach us at contact@lapisstonegames.com.
The simplest way to say it
The game runs locally on your device. We do not operate accounts, logins, or servers that gather your personal data, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools that track you. We do not know who you are, and you do not need to tell us anything about yourself to play.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location, and it has no account or login.
On-device game data. Your progress, horses, currency balances, settings, and similar game data are stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device. We cannot see it, and it is not sent to us.
In-app purchases
The game offers optional purchases, such as Moonstone Shards. These are processed entirely by your app store (the Apple App Store or Google Play). We never see or store your payment card details. The store handles the transaction and tells the game only that a purchase succeeded, so the item can be delivered.
Your purchase is tied to your app store account, which the store manages under its own privacy policy. To view, manage, or restore your purchases, use your app store account settings.

Information your app store collects
When you download or buy through the App Store or Google Play, the store collects information under its own privacy policy, not ours. The store may also give us anonymous, aggregated statistics, such as total downloads, crash counts, and the countries where the game is popular, to help us improve it. This information does not identify you.
If you contact us
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share, and we use it only to reply and help you. We do not sell it or use it for anything else, and we keep it no longer than we need to resolve your question.
Children's privacy
Moonstone Horse Farm is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age where you live. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. If you believe a child has somehow shared personal information with us, for example by sending us an email, please contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell or share your data
We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or pass it to data brokers. There are no third-party advertisers or trackers built into the game. There is nothing for us to sell, because we do not collect it in the first place.
Data security and retention
Because your game data lives on your device, it is protected by your device's own security. Deleting the game removes its local data from your device. Records of your purchases are kept by your app store under its policies, not by us.
Your privacy rights
Even though we do not collect personal information, you have rights under various privacy laws, and we respect them.
EU, UK, and similar regions (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing or complain to your local regulator. Since we do not hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to act on, but you are always welcome to contact us.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not collect the categories of personal information the law covers. You still have the right to know, to delete, to correct, and not to be treated differently for exercising your rights.
Other US states (including Texas, Colorado, Virginia, and more)
You have similar rights, and the same holds true: we do not collect personal information to act on. Reach out with any request and we will help.
Players around the world
The game is available in many countries and works the same way everywhere: on your device, without collecting your personal information. Because we do not gather your data, there are no international transfers of it to worry about.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the game handles information, for example if we add an online feature, we will update this document and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we will do our best to let you know inside the game or on the published page.
